  15. Well Atari does at least. This is one of the reasons I keep clear of the
  16. kernel. I'm not in a position to work for Atari free of charge, so  lots
  17. of improvements I could make make wont appear.

  19. This can of course be contrasted with e.g. IBM where just beta testing
  20. software has a fee associated with it.
